VAIRpro · Certified raters
Become a Certified VAIR Pro. Rate the game you know best.
Human-led ratings, AI-backed. Every player is evaluated by a certified rater watching real gameplay — not guessed from match scores.
Measured, not inferred
Real gameplay, a real rater.
Other systems rate you on match outcomes or self-reports. A certified VAIR rater evaluates actual gameplay, backed by VAIR's technology, so a rating reflects how someone really plays — not just who they beat.
Organize
Run round robins, tournaments and rating sessions. Certified VAIR Pros create and manage events directly.
Get discovered
Your events are shown to every player on VAIR who is looking for one to join.
Your coaching business, in one place
VAIR Pro runs on Bounce, our partner platform: book rating sessions, run events and tournaments, and take payments.
Is it a fit?
You're eligible if you have:
- An active coaching certification (PPR, IPTPA, USPTA or equivalent)
- Active on Bounce
- A VAIRified rating of 4.0+ (4.5+ for younger age divisions)
No VAIRified rating yet?
Most coaches don't have a VAIRified rating yet, and that's fine. Membership includes a free one: during onboarding you submit gameplay footage and a certified rater confirms your level. No separate rating fee.
